Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy from the Luvabulls website. Please read them before you order. Last updated 10 October 2026.
1. About us
Luvabulls is a trading name of Luvabulls Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12107327. Registered office: 102 Dickens Road, Keresley, Coventry, CV6 2JR, United Kingdom.
You can contact us through our Contact page.
2. Your order
When you place an order, we’ll email to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we’ll tell you and won’t charge you, or will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We’re not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we’ve made an obvious mistake in a price, we’ll contact you before dispatching and you can cancel. We take payment when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out on our Delivery page. The item is your responsibility from the time it’s delivered to you, or to someone you’ve asked to accept it. If your order is late or lost in transit, see our Delivery page; if it’s confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our returns policy explains how, what we refund, and our extended 30-day returns.
6. Faulty items
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, get in touch and we’ll put it right as those rights allow.
7. Lifetime chew-proof guarantee
The Cofa Bed comes with our lifetime chew-proof guarantee. It’s in addition to your legal rights.
8. Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that’s a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for household use. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
9. Using our website
You may use this website to browse and buy for your own use. Its content, including text and photos, belongs to us or is used with permission; please don’t copy it without asking. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but can’t promise it will always be.
10. Your personal information
We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on the website when you placed it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please get in touch first and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
