Delivery

Same-day processing: orders placed by 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are processed that day. Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Express 48-hour delivery: we send your order with the best delivery option for its size and your location, to reach you within 48 hours of being processed, counting Monday to Friday only. For example, an order placed on a Friday is processed on Friday and arrives on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Where we deliver: UK addresses only.

A few remote areas can take longer than 48 hours. If you’re not sure about your postcode, get in touch before you order.

Late or lost orders: if your order hasn’t arrived within these times, get in touch with your order number and we’ll chase it straight away. If the courier confirms it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
