Weve put together some answers to common questions we recieve, but if you need any more information please dont hesitate to contact us

In most cases, we ship via DHL next day delivery. This means that orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day There are no deliveries at weekends or bank holidays so please allow additional time. Orders placed after midday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

If your address is not covered by DHL, we will use Royal Mail 24. With this shipping method, all orders are processed the same day and dispatched the following working day and will be delivered the next working day after that.

In very rare cases whereby DHL and Royal Mail are not available for your address, we will contact you to discuss options. We try, where possible, to avoid using Evri (Hermes) due to previous issues with company, but sometimes it may be necessary but we will agree this with the customer before shipping.

If your order hasnt arrived within the expected timescales detailed in a previous FAQ, please raise this with us via our support page

We will immediately initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated along the way via our support tool (Hubspot).

Unfortunately, while the investigation takes place we are not able to issue a refund or send a replacement as we have very little influence over what the courier does once the item is within their network. In most cases, delayed parcels usually make their way to the customer within a couple of days.

At the moment, we are currently exploring the impact of Brexit on our ability to ship any of our products worldwide. Please bare with us as the “B” word is a bit of a minefield and we want to make sure all of our ducks are in a row before we offer shipping outside of the UK.

All the details of our chew proof guarantee for the Cofa Bed can be found here

The cofa beds are made up of an aluminium frame and a PVC platform. The PVC material is waterproof and will hold unwanted liquids off your floor as it will pool with the natural slight give in the PVC material allowing it to collect in the middle. Of course if there happens to be a “flood” of liquid larger than the size of the PVC platform it may seep around the edges, but this is largely not a problem for most breeds of dog.

A clean, disinfected mop is enough to clean up larger “liquids” and dirt. For smaller or general daily cleaning a multipurpose disinfectant spray and paper towel will do the trick. If you have your Cofa beds outside or have a particularly messy pup, they can be hosed down for cleaning. Whilst the PVC platform is extremely durable and would likely stand up to the test of a pressure washer, we dont recommend taking the risk as its likely not needed, a simple hose and rub down should be enough for most dirt.

Yes, the cofa bed is designed to withstand the elements. That said, like anything metal they can be subject to weathering, such as the zinc alloy corner pieces can become dull over time when left outside. Nothing a good metal polish wont fix though. And on top of that, you can purchase replacement parts at any time to refresh a tired bed.

The million dollar question…and whilst this isnt an exact guide because all of our furry friends have different sleeping habits, we will try to give a rough guide as to some well known breeds and their suitable sizes. Of course if you dog is a slob (cough cough…like our bulldogs) you might want to go up a size to accomdate their strange sleeping positions! And conversely if you have a big dog who likes to curl up small you might go down a size. But the size guide page will give you an idea which size to go for.

As a small, family-run business we are really feeling the affects of both brexit and the pandemic. Due to this we have regrettebly been forced to suspend all discounts unless during a sale period. If discounts are available, they will be specified directly on the product page and advertised on our social media accounts.

The short answer is: Not yet. But we are currently working on a wholesale offering for the cofa beds. This is planned for Q3 of 2022. Sign up to the newletter (top right of the website) to keep up to date.
