Returns Policy

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchase, but we understand that sometimes things arent quite right. If there is anything wrong with your purhcase, were here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging (Original box and all interior packaging/bubblewrap/instructions etc)
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
In the event your return is not approved, the item will be returned to your original shipping address.
If you recieve a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method and will be processed depending on your bank/card issuers policies, usually approximately 7 working days.
Shipping
If the item is faulty or non-conforming (i,e, you received a different size to your oder), a full refund (including postage) will be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item for any other reason (i.e. incorrect size ordered). Original shipping costs are also nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
