Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Luvabulls!

We hope you and your pup are delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. If there’s anything wrong with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and unassembled

  • It must be in the same condition you received it

  • It must include the original packaging (box, interior packaging, instructions, etc.)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

⚠️ Assembled Items:
If the product has been assembled or unpackaged, we may still accept the return—but a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and depreciation. The item must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all parts.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.

  • If approved, we will refund your original payment method.

  • If the return is not approved (e.g. damaged, incomplete, or in non-resaleable condition), we’ll return the item to your original shipping address.

  • Refunds typically take around 7 working days to process depending on your bank or card provider.


Shipping

  • If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we’ll provide a full refund including shipping.

  • If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g. ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
