A set of rod inserts (2 length and 2 width). These come as a set of 4 and cannot be sold separateley.
The rods are inserted into the PVC platform edges to lock the PVC platform into the recess in the frame. It is sometimes, yet rarely, possible for customers to damage these when inserting them (use fairy liquid to make the process alot easier!)
Our guarantee is a promise to you that “The Cofa Bed” frame and PVC platform are chew proof. We are so confident in its chew proof properties that we offer a lifetime warranty! If your dog manages to chew any part of the bed frame or PVC platform so that it is no longer in a useable condition, we will replace the damaged parts free of charge.
Warranty claims are limited to one free replacement per part per bed and are only available on full bed purchases and not individual replacement parts purchased.
