Lifetime chew-proof guarantee

We’re confident the Cofa Bed’s frame and PVC platform are chew-proof, so we guarantee them for the life of the bed.

What’s covered

If your dog chews any part of the frame or the platform so that the bed can no longer be used, we’ll replace the damaged part free of charge, including delivery.

What isn’t covered

• Damage caused by anything other than chewing, such as digging. We can supply replacement parts at cost price.
• Cosmetic damage, where the bed can still be used.
• Spare parts bought on their own: the guarantee applies to complete beds.

Each part can be replaced free once per bed.

How to make a claim

1. Start a guarantee claim
   Choose your order (or type your order number), tell us what happened and add at least one photo of the damage. You’ll get a ticket number straight away.
2. We’ll assess your claim fairly and reply within 5 working days. We’ll either accept it, decline it, or ask for more information.
3. Accepted: we’ll send the replacement part within 2 working days, and we pay the delivery.
4. More information needed: we may ask you to send the damaged part back to us, at your cost. We’ll give you a final decision within a further 5 working days.
5. Declined: we’ll explain why, with the option to buy the replacement part at cost price plus delivery. Our decision on a claim is final.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, and doesn’t affect them.
